September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, a time to come together as a community and prioritize mental health. At 91¾«Ñ¡, we believe in the power of connection and the importance of open conversations and belonging. This month, we encourage students, staff, and faculty to check in with themselves and each other, learn the warning signs, and understand the resources available both on and off campus. Remember, you don't have to be a mental health expert to make a difference; sometimes, the simple act of listening can be the most powerful tool.

Drop-In Yoga is open to all 91¾«Ñ¡ students, staff, and faculty. There is no requirement to sign up, or to attend each week. Yoga meets you where you are, and will be here on those days when you are really needing to come to your mat!
The training is designed for those serving on a university standing committees and in positions within university shared governance but all are welcome to attend. The online training will be offered on Friday, September 11 at 11 a.m.
