Pat Pimental spent four years as a Boxer parent while her son played football and studied kinesiology at 91¾«Ñ¡.
Though she lives in ±á²¹·É²¹¾±â€˜i, she came to campus repeatedly to support the NÄ� HaumÄ�na O ±á²¹·É²¹¾±â€˜i ³¢³Ü‘a³Ü each April.
"It's sharing a lot of our culture and spending time together," she said. "There's a camaraderie with the parents. You become not only life-long friends, but you become ‘ohana, which is family."
